Meditation practice that’s accessible to everyone.
-
Some mindfulness practices can seem a little woo-woo. But you don’t need to wear robes or light incense to meditate. You don't need to adopt a new religion or buy a fancy cushion. You just need to sit and breathe.
-
You only need three things to join an online session:
A laptop. (We use Google Meet.)
A quiet room. (Or a noisy one, if that's all you've got.)
A place to sit. (Like the floor or a chair.)
-
I pass along half the proceeds from all of my sessions to good causes like the Jubilee Sailing Trust.
Let’s sit.
Live online sessions
We sit quietly and focus on our breath in order to connect with the present moment.
Buddhists call this practice shamatha, or “calm abiding.” Others call it “mindful breathing.” Whatever you call it, you’ll be amazed how concentrating on your breath for a few minutes can make you calmer and more focused all day long.
We practice every Monday at 11:30am ET / 8:30am PT / 5:30pm CET.
